Ok so I was on the fence because I had a truly awful experience with another company but I took a leap of faith with Wiggins and I'm so incredibly glad that I did. The hair is soft, no funny smell, it's gorgeous. My only problem is that when I was cutting the lace around my ears, the seam for the fake scalp came off and the fake scalp came completely off the wig. I ended up not needing it though and it's probably for the best since I need to bleach the knots.
