This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

WAS VERY SKEPTICAL at first. The hair was bunched up and felt dry. No funny smell. I washed it with Garnier fructis sleek and shine shampoo and conditioner I love the strap for added support. Got the 24 inch but it’s definitely longer than what I expected it to be. 2nd wig from this company. Only thing I’m going to do is glue down the edges but overall, can wear glueless .

This wig came exactly as described. I ordered the Invisible lace front, it doesn’t even need the knots bleached or baby hairs done because all that is done for you perfectly. It’s also incredibly soft, and hasn’t shedded when brushed or anything. Worth all the money and they got it to me in time for my birthday as they said they would. Very happy

I love this wig !!! So soft and so full , I haven’t done any plucking to the front of the wig . Also I haven’t done anything to the curls , all I did was comb it when I got it and it’s held these same curls since I got the wig Thursday... I highly recommend this wig you will not regret this wig. Hardly any shedding and no tangling .

Ok so I was on the fence because I had a truly awful experience with another company but I took a leap of faith with Wiggins and I'm so incredibly glad that I did. The hair is soft, no funny smell, it's gorgeous. My only problem is that when I was cutting the lace around my ears, the seam for the fake scalp came off and the fake scalp came completely off the wig. I ended up not needing it though and it's probably for the best since I need to bleach the knots.
