Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

The hair took about a week to come. Communication was good for us to be in different time zones. When the hair came it was super soft and bouncy. There was a little light hairs in it but once installed you can’t tell. Got the hd lace didn’t look like it when I first got it but once it installed it blended into my skin really well. I have a really good hair stylist. I also got 16inch but looks much longer for 16inch. definitely recommend this hair.ordered this hair 2 and won’t order from anywhere else.

Q What is the best conditioner and shampoo for curly hair

Suggest use sulfate and paraben free shampoo that has a low PH for regular shampoo. Such as Garnier Fructis, Pantene, Organix or Jone Frieda. Most lotion based conditioners work best in the hair, especially curly, apply from roots to ends while hair is wet. Such as Dove Intensive Repair conditioner, One only Argan Oil moisture repair conditioner and oil treatment, Miracle 7 leave-in conditioner.

Wash gently with sulfate-free shampoo + moisturizing conditioner. Apply curl cream/mousse to soaking-wet hair. Finger-coil sections. Air-dry on a wig stand or diffuse on low heat. Refresh curls between washes with water + leave-in conditioner spray. Avoid rubbing; blot with a microfiber towel.
