This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This is after installing the hair and styled by my stylist. Looks super natural after wearing, soft and thick just like my own hair. Im in love with the hair.
