This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

It didn't come with any smell and they were thick bundles which I liked because it gives you the perfect density

The hair shipped very quickly , the bundles looked thin but when I sewed it in it was very full ! The closure comes with baby hairs which was helpful . The lace is thin and stretchy which is a good thing ! I would recommend this hair , I myself will be order again
