Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I ordered this 7 days ago and it's already here it has a great texture and doesn't smell the lace is soft and I recommend buying. Washed for a few minutes the curls are still there and hair no shedding as expected of all lace wigs but still great quality.

I ordered the hair on June 16 and got it on the 20th. The wig did have a slight smell but it’s not something a good co wash couldn’t fix. The hair is soft, it did shed a little when I ran my fingers thru it. Thank you guys for your great customer service.
