This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I KNOW YALLL SEE IT!! Curls and straightens like a dreaaaaaaaaaam! I like it curled more bc it looks more fuller and lush. Curls last for a goood 12 hours before they drop into waters. Would most definitely recommend this hair. I am getting their straight wig next so we shall see again lolll.

I ordered the hair on June 16 and got it on the 20th. The wig did have a slight smell but it’s not something a good co wash couldn’t fix. The hair is soft, it did shed a little when I ran my fingers thru it. Thank you guys for your great customer service.
