Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

it's more of a natural wavy texture real soft. before they sent my package they contact me to make my address is correct. they are very friendly and fast order it on Saturday night and got it on Wednesday.
