This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This wig came right on time!Easy to install. I didn't have to bleach any knots. Slim to none as far as shedding. Looks natural, you do not need the infamous baby hairs everyone loves so much! I was going for a 90's inspired look for my bday and managed to kill it both day I celebrated! I definitely looked scrumptious
