This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I just received this hair and the shipping was very fast. The hair came with no bad smells at all. It was packaged very nicely.And I do prefer to cut the the very ends of my hair for a more natural length but this hair is true to length and after a wash and conditioning the natural texture of the hair shows respect well. It’s truly beautiful hair. After the order I received my hair in 4 days, there is a good communication on the delivery. I have no doubts about this hair I will order again. I had slight trouble getting the coupon added to my order, but was eventually given the coupon so that was great. Shedding is very minimal and this hair is so beautiful. My stylist only used 2 bundles out of the 3. The hair dyed perfectly. Although this hair sheds but it’s manageable, nothing too crazy. This hair is worth your coins!!
