This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Took 4 days to come to the UK!!! The hair is soft and silky and doesn’t have a bad smell. The packaging is so pretty aswell and inside scams a wig cap. I didn’t really communicate with the seller but the seller did let me know that my purchase was going to be with me on the day they messages me. Looking forward to trying out this hair. THANKS!
