This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I love the color of this wig. I got so many compliments. Wig came with no smell and was nicely packaged. It was really soft and full right out the pack. The lace was really thin and easy to melt. Comes with elastic band for beginners. It also has very minimal shedding and no tangling. Definitely a great buy for the price.
