Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

This week is by far been one of the best that I've ordered so far online for my daughter. It's super soft. It had nice thickness and was true to color and there was no shedding . The curl retention is pretty good too. It did not tangle the lace looked really good and it seemed to be true to length. Also, there was no smell at all. Really recommended!
