This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This is my first time getting this type of curl pattern, & I am in absolute love!! The hair is extremely soft & tangle free. When I received the hair it did have a slight smell to it but nothing a simple wash. If you’re unsure about this hair this is definitely the reassurance you need!! Great hair at a great price.
