Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

It came fast I think the next day or two days later. I water dyed it pink & it took color perfectly & still has some nice bounce to it after, it didn't nap up or get dried out. I also curled my hair and it holds curls for days. Overall I highly recommended this hair it's definitely worth it.
