This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

First off, I do like the hair....however, the curl you see in the photo was achieved by wanding it because the curl pattern left as soon as I washed it and was a stringy straight. Also, I had to use the baby hair to cover a line that's dented at the top by the lace where the manufacturer sewed it because you can visibly see the stitching. Overall, this is my first wig from wiggins and it's pretty good. The hair quality overall is great and the hair is very soft and holds the curl well.
