This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

The hair came way quicker than expected. it's true to length. I love the lace I didn't have to do anything to it. It didn't have any funny smell and there has been minimal to no shedding. I love the hair! I was a little hesitant because of its low price but I mist say it’s a steal! The hair is soft and true to length. It curls well.
