This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

The hair is super soft and takes very well to color. After being washed and blown out it’s still super soft. Minimal shedding but that’s to be expected from 613 hair. Overall I’m loving it so far. Shipping was also super fast.
