18 18 18 18Avg Let me tell you...this hair is gorgeous. I still cant believe how incredibly soft it is, even after washing, dying, and styling. It doesnt tangle, and barely any shedding. I wasnt looking for a refund, but while communicating with the seller about how lovely the hair is, when I mentioned the length issue, I was offered a very generous refund. Will definatly order from this seller again.

The hair came with no smell which is a little common with other companies, but not with this hair!! The hair is extremely soft which i love and its quite full.
