This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Love love love this hair. I think I got a 16 inch closure 12 14 16 16 bundles. My hair stylist said it is really good hair. It did come pre plucked for baby hairs which I have never seen before!

I will be ordering again! Without even receiving the hair, I knew I would be ordering again by the GREAT customer service! I had a little difficulties because I used to wrong mailing address. However, the problem was fixed in little to no time. Before the next business day everything was handled. I ordered the hair Wednesday night around 11 p.m, I received it Saturday afternoon! It’s really soft and shiny for an affordable price. I really recommend this hair.
