This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

Fist I want to say that this is one of the units that you can throw on and go. I love the fact that the hair is super easy to work with, very soft, and also takes heat well. I did not have to bleach the knots, which makes the hair very user-friendly. The hair is perfect for beginners and good for professionals. It did not disappoint; I am in love, and the quality was also amazing!

Looks exactly like the picture! Soft and doesn’t shed! My only issue is it was a little hard to style at 1st because the hair is in the style it comes in (all back) but I got it together! Also I have a small head so the cap is kinda big for me. I had to cut some extra lace off but overall I would definitely buy another one!!

This glueless, 12-inch bob would be ideal if it weren't for some shedding, but I think that has more to do with purchase choice than the item itself. It's so soft and the ideal length - hitting right at the chin line for the perfect bob. It's a 13X4 HD lace frontal wig with 180% density and human hair. I enjoy wearing it and it's easily adjustable. I think it's an excellent choice for someone who is new to wearing wigs. Even between wears, I do not have to re-adjust the fit.
