This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

It came really fast, and the hair feels amazingggg! The lace is brown though, and it came with a slight smell but I'm excited to install. It also came with a wig cap (really dark) and a cute headband. A good wig for a good price.
