This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I absolutely love this wig. I ordered a 8inch and 4x4 I believe. It can preplucked but I plucked it a bit more just because Im extra. But this wig looks like its my hair straightened. It is so lightweight, it feels like nothing. I definitely would recommend buying this wig! It was easy to customize and install and is quite soft.
