This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

Ordered the hair on a Friday received it on Monday! Super fast shipping! Turned the hair into a wig and it was very minimal shedding during that process. Hair looks very true to length and it was super soft and shiny. I didn’t detect a smell either. It also flat ironed really well.
