I ordered this wig February 3rd and I received it February 10 so I can say the shipping was ok. I installed my wig and I must sai I loved it. The hair has shedding when I washed and after I washed it but what hair doesn’t have shedding I can say I’m in love with this hair and I will be ordering again I was not disappointed

Q Can you dye and use heat

Yes,you can use dye and heat. It only can be dyed to #27 color. Suggest that pls use the developer that doesn't exceed 20v. And recommend you can find a professional hairdress to do it in order to reach the better coloring. When using hot tools, suggest temperatures under 300F degrees for colored hair, and under 360F degrees for natural colored hair to avoid dryness. Do not leave any hot tools on the hair for no more than 30 seconds. Once done styling your hair, clean your hot tools.
