This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This is my 2nd time ordering this wig, honestly, they never disappoint me. My hair came in 4 days. The wigs are always soft and silky. 26inch 180% density, true to length and so full. Lace is always easy to melt for me. The seller was very nice and understanding. I absolutely love this hair!
