Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

After opening the package, I deliberately smelled it, only the original smell of human hair, no other smell.True length and density. This hair is sooo soft. It BARELY shedded for me. I went through the process of washing & conditioning the hair and I also blow dried and flat ironed the hair and it still barely shedded. Yes you get minimal shedding but nothing you can't handle! I will definitely purchase this hair again and again!!

The hairline is pre-plucked, but I recommend plucking a little more for a more natural hairline. The lace is pretty and almost sheer, so it's easy to apply and color or add foundation/concealer. Overall, this is a very nice wig and I will definitely wear it a lot as it looks so natural.
