This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

So far the wig is lovely! I have not installed it yet since I’ve got braids but I will be next month, once installed I will surely write another review with pics. In the package it came with wig caps which was my correct skin colour. And it came with some lashes. The wig is also true to length and is thick which is what I love.

first of all... sis... buy this wig. First of all, Right out of the box, the hair is super soft and the curls were in tact. I noticed that the hair looked a little thin, but then I cowashed it and let it air dry and there’s sooo much volume! If you have a smaller crown this wig will actually look very natural. There’s a little bit of factory smell but not too bad. No shedding as of yet.
