This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This wig is perfect ! I got a 16 in. Had it for a week now very minimal shedding. True to length. It has enough hair. I did some addtional plucking but it does have baby hair. Very easy to style and silky straight. Holds a curl. Must buy for the price.

So far the wig is lovely! I have not installed it yet since I’ve got braids but I will be next month, once installed I will surely write another review with pics.
