This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I love this hair especially the soft hair texture, it's amazing! The hair is super silky and shiny, there is no shedding when my fingers through the hair. Hair is also easy to manage. I usually spray some water on it, and it keeps moist and holds the shiny beautiful curls very well. I am very impressed by the curl patterns omg. The hair is super full.
