This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

The wig comes exactly how it looks on the website! It also comes with two wig caps and the hair is so soft. The honey blonde is also very vibrant n it was no problem installing it. It doesn’t get tangled easily and is very lightweight. You definitely are getting your moneys worth it’s worth the price.
