This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

As you can see the color of the hair is questionable. In one photo it looks blonder than a 27. The picture in the red hat is filtered by color VS the picture in white is not at all. Either way! The hair is really good but it does tangles -no excessive amount of shed either!
