This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This wig is beautiful!! Not to mention wayy nicer than I expected especially because I paid for a 22'' !! The way was very very soft, no tangles, no shedding and actually looked more like a 24''. This wig was bomb from root to tip. The density was perfect (not too thin but not too thick where it looks unrealistic).

The hair is amazing, very full & looks super natural. . great customer service. shipping was fast. it had a small smell at first but i washed & it looks even better. minimum shedding but normal since it’s human hair. now let’s hope the hair lasts. i will leave additional feedback.
