This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I just received the hair and it had a smell to it but nothing horrible just a factory smell. I got it in 18inch and it’s a 13x4 lace. The hair is soooooooooo soft and feels amazing. I got it in about a week. The seller was amazing and nice.
