This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

There was no shedding for me & the curls are soooo beautiful. I can brush them out, spray water on it, & it bounced RIGHT back! Shipping was incredibly fast also.
