Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I am very satisfied with my New Lace wig.I ordered an 28 inch curly Lace Wig.I also received free lashes in my package with a wig cap and the lashes are beautiful.The texture of the hair is soft, the curl pattern is all as described, the hairline is definitely pre-plucked and there is no shedding.
