This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I’m so in love with this hair.I shampooed,condition the hair and air dried the hair with brush curls to give it volume and it’s beautiful, has a beautiful curl pattern! The knots on this hair bleached well, the frontal was thick and full too.Hair came quicker then i expected about 4-5 days.
