This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This hair is awesome. I ordered the 12inch. It arrived in about 4 days. I am so in love with my wig. It did come in preplucked. But I had to go in and pluck more. This wig is thick and super soft. Easy to style and the curls are beautiful. And the seller was really nice. I would most definitely recommend this wig.
