This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

The hair was extremely soft!!!!!! Quality was great!!!!!! I love this hair!!!! It came on time, it was just how it was described!!!! The texture and feel of it is the bomb and I havent had any issues with it getting tangled!!!! No smell at all!!!! no shedding, the hair quality is the best.
