Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

Ok so here's an honest review. The hair is very soft and came with no weird smell or anything. At first, it look slightly thick but after washing and conditioning the hair, it is thicker.
