Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I pre-washed the hair before install and it still held it’s shine and bounce afterwards. I’ve been to the gym and everything and it still holds a nice curl! There’s some shedding but it’s very minor.
