This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This hair is truly amazing. I love it and would recommend it to anyone. If properly put on you can wear it in the water and it will dry without shedding. It's just wonderful very dense and very long.

The hair is beautiful and the texture is sooo smooth/soft! It does have a little funny smell but I’m sure after I co-wash it everything will be fine. I’ve ran my fingers through it multiple times and have only had one little strand come out. So far so good, I’ll be getting it installed tomorrow and will leave an update!

The hair is extremely soft, rubbed my fingers through so many times and haven’t shed not one time. Mary contacted me right after my hair shipped. I bought the 20”.
