The hair is extremely soft, rubbed my fingers through so many times and haven’t shed not one time. Mary contacted me right after my hair shipped. I bought the 20”. Mary was so nice and this is my 2nd time ordering hair from them! But I will additional feedback (with pictures) once I have installed it.

The quality is nice, the customer service is great, they tell you when your order has been ship and even provides you the tracking information. It is a slight smell but that’s not always a problem.
