This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I'm happy with the product. The hair smells of chemicals, but after the first wash it goes a little. I washed my hair with shampoo and conditioner, I let it dry naturally and the hair finish is still very beautiful. I'm going to do extensions with it, when I dye I will comment how the hair it looks. In the photos that I upload I had already washed it. When the order arrives the hair looks very smooth and shiny. After washing it looks more natural. It's not shedding.
