Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This wig is just what I needed. My natural hair is this length so everyone thought this was my hair and had no idea how his was a wig. I purchased 18in which seemed longer to me so next time I’ll stick with the 14in. If you have any doubts about this vendor I can assure you that I had a great experience and no issues at all. I waited a while before reviewing the item bc I wanted to make sure my review was accuracy. I purchased this wig about 2 months ago and I’ve had no problems at all. It came sooner than advised.

This wig is much better than any other company I have ordered from! Customer service was exceptional! I ordered a wig size that I normally order and it was too big so I had to send it back to get a medium and the time difference was a little confusing but when I figured it out they were excellent at helping me in the process!
