Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

Being really honest. This hair is wonderful. Not all the time you'll run into some good 613 hair. No smell. Little Shedding. True to length. I got 180% density and its REALLY SOFT and not thin!! Highly recommend. The customer service is great and took 4 business days to come. I will be a regular customer!

This wig is much better than any other company I have ordered from! Customer service was exceptional! I ordered a wig size that I normally order and it was too big so I had to send it back to get a medium and the time difference was a little confusing but when I figured it out they were excellent at helping me in the process!
