Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I ordered a wig size that I normally order and it was too big so I had to send it back to get a medium and the time difference was a little confusing but when I figured it out they were excellent at helping me in the process! Yes, it holds heat and curl very well. Recommend using high temperatures with caution and highly recommend applying a heat protectant before styling. When using hot tools, suggest temperatures under 300F degrees for colored hair. Do not leave any hot tools on the hair for no more than 30 seconds.
