Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

The ends are a little dry but it is light colored hair. ! Holds crimp beautifully. And it has luster. Lace is transparent & does need to be tinted

I love it! It’s my first wig, and it has exceeded my expectations! It’s full and very soft. It is a little itchy, but that’s just cause I’ve never had a wig before. Also, it was a little more yellow than I thought it would be. But I used my no yellow shampoo on it, and it’s white platinum like my hair!

This wig actually fits my small head so that’s a PLUS! Normally wigs are extremely big for my head but this 1 is perfect. The hair is soft. Hardly any shedding. Lace is nice, could be thinner though for melting but still really good. I recommend this seller

This wig is much better than any other company I have ordered from! Customer service was exceptional! I ordered a wig size that I normally order and it was too big so I had to send it back to get a medium and the time difference was a little confusing but when I figured it out they were excellent at helping me in the process! Yes, it holds heat and curl very well. Recommend using high temperatures with caution and highly recommend applying a heat protectant before styling. When using hot tools, suggest temperatures under 300F degrees for colored hair. Do not leave any hot tools on the hair for no more than 30 seconds.
