This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This wig is just what I needed. My natural hair is this length so everyone thought this was my hair and had no idea how his was a wig. I purchased 18in which seemed longer to me so next time I’ll stick with the 14in. If you have any doubts about this vendor I can assure you that I had a great experience and no issues at all. I waited a while before reviewing the item bc I wanted to make sure my review was accuracy. I purchased this wig about 2 months ago and I’ve had no problems at all. It came sooner than advised.

Pictures are soo helpful for me when picking a wig,so I'm uploading these here so others can see it better. Over all I'm really happy with this wig, its soft and doesn't shed. The blonde is a very solid bleach blonde which is what I wanted. Love that its pre tweezed, and I don't have to thin it out.

This wig is much better than any other company I have ordered from! Customer service was exceptional! I ordered a wig size that I normally order and it was too big so I had to send it back to get a medium and the time difference was a little confusing but when I figured it out they were excellent at helping me in the process! The hair has minimal shedding and it dyes with permanent hair dye wonderfully! Will definitely be purchasing again from them!
