Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

The ends are a little dry but it is light colored hair. ! Holds crimp beautifully. And it has luster. Lace is transparent & does need to be tinted

I love it! It’s my first wig, and it has exceeded my expectations! It’s full and very soft. It is a little itchy, but that’s just cause I’ve never had a wig before. Also, it was a little more yellow than I thought it would be. But I used my no yellow shampoo on it, and it’s white platinum like my hair!

I ordered a wig size that I normally order and it was too big so I had to send it back to get a medium and the time difference was a little confusing but when I figured it out they were excellent at helping me in the process!
